Job Description

  • Answering questions about a company's products or services, to provide quick, accurate, and comprehensive responses to customers and prospects
  • Assist Walk-In customers, identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Processing transactions of walk-in clients, assist with orders, payments and request, ensure accurate documentation of customer transactions
  • Maintain customer records of walk-in clients
  • Answering customers inquiries/ Primarily receives telephone calls and address their inquiries
  • Handling customer feedback, customer survey and summarizing customer satisfaction survey results
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
  • Responding to customer reviews to product or company reviews written by customers
