Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls from law firms, medical facilities, courthouses Obtain legal/medical records requested by clients and providing status updates Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail
