Our client inBroomall is seeking Customer Service Representatives!
Job Details for Customer Service Representative:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Pay rate: $19/HR 
  • Health benefits after 30 days
  • Paid weekly

    • Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative: 
  • Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls from law firms, medical facilities, courthouses
  • Obtain legal/medical records requested by clients and providing status updates
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail

    • Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
  • Minimum of 2 years call center experience preferred
  • Must have experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
