The Viewer Experience Advocate provides front‑line support to viewers via phone and chat, assisting with account management, billing inquiries, content questions, and basic navigation of streaming platforms. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving technical issues, and recommending appropriate products to enhanceviewer satisfaction.
