Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Contact carrier to obtain status of load-tendered; continue monitoring the shipment for on-time pick-up, transit, delivery, empty.
  • Border crossing Mex - US and documentation.
  • Update load status in system, e.g. loaded, pick-up, delivery, empty, etc.
  • Notify Shipper and/or Receiver of Load Status and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments when necessary.
  • Secure capacity for load.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with shippers and receivers through professional and timely communications and inquiry responses.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree desired, with minimum 1 year experience working with customer service, transportation, track and trace, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/E-mail capabilities, and Reporting platforms.
  • High personal integrity and standards.
  • English: Good communication skills.
