Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Enters customer purchase orders into accounting and scheduling system
• Acts as customer representative to other internal departments
• Acts as corporate representative to the customer
• Works with Sales Engineers to communicate all aspects of customer orders with customer
• Assists the Sales Manager in all duties and other tasks as assigned
• Enters parts orders and confirm with customers
• Generates quotes in business system from Service Reports
• Follows-up on customer to submit purchase orders for service quotes
• Converts quotes to order
• Prepares credit paperwork for review and approval
• Other duties as assigned
