About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Customer Service Relationship Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end customer order management process for a key business unit. In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between the customer and the manufacturing operations. You will not only manage daily order execution but also lead strategic initiatives to enhance delivery performance, resolve complex escalations, and drive revenue growth.
