Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests upon arrival and facilitate check-ins
• Process reservations and payments efficiently
• Draft emails, newsletters, and other necessary documents
• Manage incoming calls and communications
• Perform daily inspections and address any issues
Requirements:
• 1-2 years related customer service experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
