A Customer Service Project Manager is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with our aviation industry client based in Kildare/Dublin region.

Role of this position


  • Responsible for customer inquiry management and individual contract conclusion.
  • Responsible for preparing offers for the product lines. Calculate, negotiate, conclude and further develop individual contracts in cooperation with Product Sales.
  • Review and coordinate scope of work with customer.
  • Clarification and coordination of technical and commercial issues (e.g. extensions, spare parts replacement), event status monitoring and reporting to customers.
  • Control of internal / external order management. Responsible for order performance (cost, profit, time, quality) and event analysis.
