Job Qualifications :

• Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in any major
• Have experience as CS in banking for at least 2 years
• Able to work in a team and individually
• Have good communication skills and like the service sector
• Able to work under pressure

*Willing to be placed in the PIK Office

• Providing information to customers & non-customers regarding bank products and service
• sProviding services to customers related to opening savings, cash deposits, customer transfers, savings accounts, et
• cCarry out customer due diligence (identification and verification of customer data) in the context of implementing KY
• CHandle and deal with customer-related complaint
• sCarrying out cross selling banking product
