THE OPPORTUNITY

 

Stratco is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join their trade team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• First point of contact for all customers face to face, email and over the phone. 
• Keying customer orders, drawing of flashings and processing supplier purchase orders in our point-of-sale system.
• Communicating with customers in relation to missing information or answer queries
• Creating of job packs for other departments for manufacturing, picking slips and delivery dockets. 
• Liaise with Operations, Sales, Manufacturing and Transport Teams.
