Responsibilities
  • Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information.
  • Communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback.
  • Organize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Maintain good service delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks assigned.
  • Carry out any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Work Week
  • 5 days per week, including weekends.
  • Up to 44 hours per week.
  • 8‑hour rotation shifts with night shift allowance.
Qualifications
  • Preferably O' levels and above.
  • Prior experience in a Contact Centre environment is an advantage.
