Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • In charge of bin in process
  • In charge of export process
  • In charge of closing work orders and invoicing customer
  • Maintain SOP/Work Instruction for customer service process
  • Track and trace inventory movement
  • Data processing and reporting related to operation decision
  • Monitor Export process and make arrangement for warehouse export overtime for shipment when needed
  • Answer any customer query
  • Coordinate with inter-department for KPI
  • Coordinate with Transport department for containers trucking for export activities.
