Customer Service Officer (Relief Coverage) (July)

Salary: $15/hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm
Temporary / Stand-in Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with ID card applications and collections
• Handle walk‑in, phone and e‑mail enquiries professionally
• Update customer records and verify information accurately
• Support membership‑related enquiries and fee payments
• Assist with mediation service documentation and referrals
• Manage customer flow during peak periods
• General administrative duties and basic housekeeping

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Patient, professional and able to handle enquiries effectively
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
