Customer Service Officer

  • $39 per hour casual rate

  • Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

  • 3 to 6 month project

  • Truganina Location

    • We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with call centre or outbound call experience to join a large FMCG for 3-6 months. This is a project for a product recall, so it’s not sales, just following up on a database and updating information. This is a great opportunity for a CSO who is looking to be part of a professional team. This role is to start ASAP. There is also potential for a Team Leader role.


    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism

  • Support and collaboration to the greater Customer Service Team
