We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Officer to support daily operations and ensure a smooth and seamless service experience within the automotive industry.

Job Duties

• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Support daily administrative operations and coordinate customer arrangements.
• Assist in operational support including quotations, invoicing, parts coordination, and service documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Min. GCE ’O’ level or equivalent certificate.
• Min. 2 years experience in Customer Service.
• Prior Experience in Automotive industry and Autoline system.
