Canadian Linen and Uniform Services Company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for the overall daily supervision of driver’s on assigned routes. The ideal candidate will need to have prior experience in route supervision in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Direct, supervise and manage drivers and assigned routes;
• Develop strategies to optimize route productivity;
• Train new employees in use of equipment, safety and driving hazards;
• Provide employee supervision and problem solving;
• Ride with drivers to detect errors in driving the vehicle or servicing accounts;
• Direct research into causes of customer complaints;
• Assist in researching, analyzing, designing and implementing routes;
