- EF Education First is looking for sharp, solution-oriented team players to join our **Summer Support Team** for the **Language Abroad program**. Start date in the beginning of June and ends by mid August. You’ll be on the front lines, supporting students (and their parents) as they get ready to travel, and helping out when things don’t go exactly as planned.
**What you’ll do**:
- Talk to students and parents over the phone before and during their trip
- Help prepare travelers with practical info and calming reassurance
- Solve real-time issues on the fly (missed flights, lost bags, nervous travelers — you name it)
- Coordinate with schools, leaders, and logistics teams worldwide
- Keep calm, stay positive, and always be ready to act fast
