JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced customer service executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage quotation, order processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and excellent customer service. You will prepare quotes/project proposal, process and track orders and project progress, coordinate with factory, customer and internal team. Job Description

1. Responsible for customer enquiries from emails/calls on quotation, order acknowledgement, ordering from factory, expediting and follow up on delivery/return in prompt and accurate manner.

2. Liaise with factory, sales to ensure quotations are accurate and aligned with pricing guidelines

3. Process order to factory, expedite, track and ensure timely delivery

4. Resolved customer's return, complaints/feedback effectively and prompt escalation when needed
