Customer Service Executive
Locating: Reading, Berkshire
Hybrid (2 days in the office)
up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
Our client is a leader in their industry and operate on a global scale; they are looking to recruit a team member to join their Helpdesk team. The main purpose of this role is to manage customer requests and queries and ensure they are assigned to the relevant teams and departments.

Responding to customer requests
Managing incidents by logging, updating and closing
Ascertain whether equipment/solutions are under a support contract and advise customer accordingly
