- Process orders, exchanges, refunds, and customer requests accurately.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse and packing teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor order status and ensure all parcels are shipped within the required timeline.
- Report stock discrepancies and communicate urgent stock issues promptly.
- Inspect returned products, identify root causes, and prepare daily return reports.
- Continuously contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
