  • Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and product-related issues with empathy and efficiency.

  • Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Process orders, exchanges, refunds, and customer requests accurately.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse and packing teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Monitor order status and ensure all parcels are shipped within the required timeline.
  • Report stock discrepancies and communicate urgent stock issues promptly.
  • Inspect returned products, identify root causes, and prepare daily return reports.
