What Will You Do
- Process client requests and solve issues via inbound phone calls and emails using internal CRM tools.
- Escalate the issue to the appropriate specialist when needed.
- Update clients on their request status accordingly.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Must have SPM or equivalent certification.

- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
