Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers using the provided database for customer acquisition
- Handle marketing inquiries and assist potential customers
- Follow up with prospective leads to convert them into customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide prompt customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Proactively engage with customers for support, business development, and referral opportunities
- Maintain data records, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Team Leader
- Be flexible to work in either day shifts or night shifts based on business requirements
Qualifications
- 1 year of minimum work experience as a Customer Support Executive or telecaller
- Handsβon experience with MS Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive and client service orientation
