Job Description
- Salary up to $4,500 with AWS + Bonus
- Experience handling end-to-end air export shipment coordination
- Prior exposure within a freight forwarding, logistics, 3PL, airline cargo, or shipping environment
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Handle all air export shipment coordination and liaise with multiple parties (internal teams, customers, overseas agents, and stakeholders) on shipment requirements
- Prepare and verify AWB/HAWB and all necessary export shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer and airline requirements
- Coordinate booking arrangements with airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents
