As a Customer Support, you will serve and handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally, Provide high-quality support via Live Chat and Email.

๐ Work Arrangement: Full-time, On-site, Shift-based
Requirements:
โ If you hold an SMA/SMK degree, prior experience as a Customer Service representative in a BPO environment is REQUIRED (Non-BPO experience will not be considered).
โ Fresh graduates from Diploma or Bachelorโs Degree are welcome!
โ Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
โ Willing to work shifts and on-site in Yogyakarta
โ Currently based in Yogyakarta (preferred)
โ Available to join on 13 July 2026
