Job Summary
You will independently resolve POS-related customer issues, provide remote and onsite repair guidance, deliver frontline after-sales support, and offer training and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve customer problems related to Point Of Sales (POS) systems to ensure smooth operation
- Guide customers remotely or onsite to perform repair work effectively
- Deliver frontline after-sales support to address customer inquiries and technical issues promptly
- Provide training and ongoing support to customers to enhance their use of POS systems
