Your role

Allocated to our Packaging Technologies organization we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive team member in the position of Customer Service Desk Team Lead Europe. This is a permanent and full-time position, leading a team of 8 multi-skilled professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing local and regional business support within Sales & Distribution (SD), ensuring efficient Order-to-Cash processes and operational performance. This includes managing approvals, monitoring order fulfillment, handling shortages, and supporting audits and team training.
  • At a regional level, you drive process improvements and harmonization, implement new tools and workflows, and ensure strong cross-functional collaboration. You also support sales teams in strategic initiatives and special projects.
