Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain accurate transaction records. Receive, verify, and process material requests and related documentation. Maintain inventory records, stock movement logs, and material issue registers. Update ERP or warehouse management systems with material transactions. Prepare delivery notes, issue vouchers, receipts, and other warehouse documents. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely issuance of materials. Respond to customer and internal department inquiries regarding material availability and status. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and transaction reports. Assist with stock verification, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
