Overview

Handle inbound customer and store inquiries via phone and online channels. Support social media customer inquiries in collaboration with the Marketing team. Process orders, cancellations, refunds, replacements and return requests. Coordinate return-to-sender cases and return authorizations. Provide administrative support including email management and shipment coordination.
