Job Description
Position Purpose
To support the order management process by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, stock deployment, and inventory management. The role is responsible for stock allocation based on stockholding analysis, processing sales and marketing requests, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate system transactions and reports. It also provides timely analysis of out-of-stock (OOS) items to support replenishment planning and improve product availability.
Description of Duties- Execute the end-to-end order management process in accordance with established procedures for all assigned brands.
- Develop and implement new order management processes to support newly acquired brands, as required.
- Perform stock deployment to consignment stores based on approved stockholding analysis and inventory requirements.
