Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

**Temp To Hire**
**What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Assistant? You’ll be:**
• Supporting Client Service Specialists (CSS) with client communications to help obtain records.
• Managing incoming invoices and correspondence while handling calls and emails from agents or field contacts.
• Troubleshooting and researching missing records, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**
• Have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience.<...
