Job Description
Support fleet services to ensure accuracy, efficiency and cost control.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and maintain a good and professional relationship with customers upon their check-in and check-out.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction whilst adhering to our service standards.
- Manage customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle rental.
- Ensure customer have all personal belongings from the vehicle.
