- Closed monitoring of shipment pre-alerts and post-advice from Origin Offices and arrival schedules and details from Shipping Lines.
- Collating and validating import documents for Carrier’s and Customs’ release (DO release)
- Preparation Time: 20 mins/shipment
- Capturing of cost per shipment at the same time.
- Cost Capturing: 15 mins/shipment
- Timely and accurate capturing of cost per HBL at the same time.
