You will be our primary contact point for corporate clients and contribute to a professional, fast, and value-driven customer experience throughout the customer journey. Experience, interest, or work in tech or technical support is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries and cases from B2B and B2C customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide professional support and guidance regarding products, deliveries, and contracts.
- Document cases and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Proactively communicate with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and forward potential business opportunities in collaboration with relevant teams.
