Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - eduFOCUS has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing, diverse and friendly team! The position is a full-time permanent role, which will be office-based in Woodbridge, Suffolk and will focus on providing β€˜first point of contact' for existing and prospective clients.

About the role
As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for existing and prospective clients, providing friendly and efficient support via telephone and email.
