Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, office-based basis (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and wants to gain hands-on exposure to the world of eCommerce.
The role will involve:
β Coordinating a small customer service team
β Managing escalated customer enquiries
β Producing customer feedback and product reports
β Monitoring online reviews
β Supporting marketplace and product listing content
