Customer Service Advisor

We are partnering with one of the South West's largest housing associations to recruit full‑time (37 hours) and part‑time (25 hours) Customer Service Advisors. The position will start in due course, with several positions available due to expansion.

Salary is £24,811 per annum plus employee benefits, with hybrid home‑working available after induction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the organisation, taking incoming enquiries to the contact centre.
• Resolve customer enquiries efficiently, identifying practical and effective solutions.
• Schedule appointments and support customers in accessing and using self‑service options.
• Take ownership of customer cases, managing them through to successful resolution.
