Customer Service Advisor
Red Recruitment is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team in Boldon Colliery.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will provide telephone, email and live chat support for one of the world's leading stationery brands, assisting customers with everything from product enquiries and online orders to deliveries, returns and refunds.
Benefits and Package for Customer Service Advisor:
Salary: £12.81 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm
Shift Pattern: Shifts include 8.00am-4.30pm, 9.00am-5.30pm and 9.30am-6.00pm
Contract: Temporary. Potential for Temp-to-Perm
Location: Office Based. Boldon, Sunderland
