We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our clientβs team as a **Customer Service Advisor (Norwegian)**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record case resolutions in the contact center tool based on client communication.
- Ensure cases are resolved within the case lifecycle, adhering to individual performance targets.
- Escalate priority issues per client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Maintain high-quality service standards to ensure exemplary customer satisfaction.
