Customer Service AdministratorΒ
Location: Yate/ South Gloucestershire (Hybrid)
Hours: 08:30am β 5:00pm with a 45-minute lunch
Pay rate: Β£13.90+ per hour
Contract: Temporary ongoing (minimum 6-month commitment could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate)
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator / Helpdesk Advisor to support order processing and customer enquiries, Β This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple systems in a fast paced, multi site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and in line with procedures
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and general enquiries
Act as a key point of contact between different sites to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution
Investigate and resolve customer issues including mis-shipments, credit requests, delivery queries, and proof of delivery requests
