Job Summary

To ensure smooth fulfillment of Sales & Services operations by managing project documentation, coordinating schedules, handling customer interactions, and supporting internal teams with prompt and accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, schedule tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, follow up on progress, arrange payment collection, and oversee handover processes to ensure timely project completion
• Issue warranties, archive documents, and tally commissions accurately to support sales and service operations
• Resolve After-Sales customer complaints by addressing issues promptly and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Attend to walk-in showroom customers by providing helpful information and assistance to enhance their experience
• Ensure Salesperson, Site Supports, and Project Manager adhere to all document SOPs to maintain operational consistency and compliance
