Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/messages

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

Generate sales and achieve monthly targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Provide professional and timely customer support

Work closely with the team to improve performance and results

Job Specification

• Basic computer and typing skills
