Overview
Temporary Customer Retention Specialist (Interim) – E‑Commerce team, Barcelona HQ. Designed to support the E‑Commerce team during a transitional period, the role is key to optimizing the consumer journey and strengthening long‑term relationships with our customers across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Email Marketing
- Manage and optimize email marketing programs to improve customer retention and lifetime value
- Support the future implementation and development of SMS marketing initiatives
- Build and execute segmented and broadcast email campaigns
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Retention Strategy & Customer Journey
- Develop and maintain the global retention calendar, aligning with seasonal launches, product stories and brand initiatives
