Your Mission
Working closely with the CRM leader & being an active member of the Marketing team, you will support the execution of Decathlon Singapore's customer relationship management strategy to create a unique, efficient and data-driven omni-channel experience. Your efforts will help drive user conversion, retention, engagement and reactivation across our digital touchpoints, ultimately increasing brand loyalty and driving omni traffic.
