Job Description
IDEMIA in Karachi is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive on a fixed 6-month contract to maximize customer satisfaction through effective contract delivery and revenue generation on BAU activities.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage complaints and escalations, build customer intimacy across levels, support integration of new products or services, and provide reporting and insights to sales for forecasting and updates.
