As a Customer Relations Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers by fielding calls, answering questions, and resolving issues in real time while upholding our commitment to the community as a reliable water and wastewater utility. This is a high-volume, phone-based role for someone who thrives on helping people and keeps their cool under pressure.
The Day-to-Day
+ Administrative: Answer incoming calls, log into the agent queue, and assist with scheduling appointments for home visits.
