What will I be doing?

  • As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be supporting the Regional Customer Hub to provide excellent customer service to our current client base.
  • This will involve on boarding new customers as well and being the first point of contact on the phone and via email, handling general requests, resolving queries and when required carrying out account review.

    • Our aim is to provide the best possible experience for all of our customers, keeping them informed, engaged and maintain proactive relationships.
