The Customer Relations Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient handling of client enquiries across various communication channels.
The role focuses on maintaining service excellence, resolving customer queries, supporting internal departments, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction through professional communication and administrative support.
