A Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) is responsible for managing product quality from the customer's perspective, acting as the primary technical interface between the customer and internal teams to ensure customer quality requirements are met, issues are resolved quickly, and long-term quality improvements are implemented.
The CQE focuses on customer complaints, quality incidents, audits, and continuous improvement, translating customer expectations into actionable internal quality and engineering activities.
