In this role you will serve as the focal point for spare part orders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations. You will manage the spare parts and AGEs orders, monitor contracts, and maintain close customer contact to anticipate needs. You will coordinate with multiple internal and external parties to optimize deliveries, improve satisfaction, and support provisioning planning and reporting. This position offers the chance to influence spares operations in a multinational, aerospace context and contribute to sustained customer value.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Act as focal point for spares orders toward Customer and NHI
• Manage customer orders for spares and AGEs
• Pilot contracts and report status to CSM
• Coordinate with DPC CLM in NHI and equipment suppliers to ensure spares deliveries
