Customer Liaison Officer

Full-time Transport / logistics / warehouse

Reporting to the Industrial Business Development Manager. Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional, efficient, and courteous service to customers via telephone and email. Resolve customer queries promptly, aiming for first-time resolution wherever possible. Process customer orders accurately using SAP while ensuring stock availability and customer credit status. Coordinate closely with Business Representatives, Warehouse, Distribution, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Keep customers informed regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any delays. Process customer claims, returns, rotations, and check-and-charge transactions in accordance with company procedures. Prepare quotations and respond to ad hoc customer requests.
